Who we are

This site is operated by Overstory Music LLC, doing business as CueMachine Technologies ("CueMachine," "we," "us"). For any privacy questions, email info@cuemachine.com.

What we collect

We collect your email address, and only when you choose to submit it through the sign-up form on this site.

Separately, our hosting provider Cloudflare collects anonymous aggregate visit metrics on our behalf — see "Who processes your data" below for what that includes.

How we use it

We add your email to our marketing mailing list and use it solely to send you product announcement emails about CueMachine and related tools. That is the only use of your email address.

Who processes your data

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) as our email service provider. Brevo stores your email address and sends our messages on our behalf, under their own data-protection commitments. You can review their practices in the Brevo Privacy Policy: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/.

Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides privacy-friendly site analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate visit information — such as page views, referrers, browser and device type, and performance timings — without setting cookies, fingerprinting your device, or storing your IP address for analytics purposes. We use these aggregate metrics to understand site traffic; they are not used to identify or track individual visitors. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your email address with any other third party.

How long we keep your data

We retain email addresses for up to seven (7) years, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. After that, your email is removed from our mailing list.

Your choices and rights

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link that removes you from the list immediately.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar data-protection laws, you also have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (your email address).
• Request correction or deletion of that data.
• Withdraw your consent or object to our processing of it.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with an email address, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where reasonable, notify subscribers by email.
